My grandmother passed away in the summer of 2020 when Covid restrictions were still in place, however Coghlan's did everything they could to help give her the best send off that was possible. Tom worked with our family to create a service which was personal and perfect for our Granny and the whole firm really seemed to give the human touch you can get from a smaller place. From collecting my Granny in the early hours of the morning she died, to giving us her remains, we all felt that care and attention was given as well as respect for the lost matriarch of our family. It was a horrible time and grief still sneaks up when I'm not expecting it, but having received a professional and personal service around all the practicalities really helped.
