If I could give no stars I would. extreemly disappointing service and honestly just added stress to the whole experience. Was given a month and a halfs notice for final fitting of bridesmaid dresses. 4 all together. We were promised that alterations would be done and the dresses would be ready to try them on for a final time to make sure they were right. A day before the final fitting the bride was sent a text message to be told that the dresses won't be ready, and could we all come in the week after. We made sure our final fitting was booked in with plenty of notice as 2 bridesmaids wouldn't be able to get to Southampton after this particular date, Ruth and Julie were made aware of this the first time we visited. Obviously this was unessicary stress for the bride. After the bride reminded them that we booked this day for a reason then everything changed and the dresses could be done in time. But unfortunately for us it was clearly a rushed job. The straps on all the dresses had been sewn up wonky. Our hems were wonky. One of the dresses even had a hole appear that wasn't there before. You could see the shoddy stitching, and also see that it was already unraveling. Oh and our appointment was forgotten so we had to wait around until we could be dealt with and then rushed so they could deal with other customers. Also having to listen to the "oh I was up until 1am to do these dresses" over and over again didn't help. If you can't manage your work commitments in a timely manner as promised then you should rethink what you're doing. And don't get me started on the fact that my friend who is getting married in 3 days who bought her wedding dress from this company and the fact that she is still waiting for her dress. After being told time and time again it will be ready. And then delivering the WRONG dress to her. And when she wanted to collect it from the store she couldn't because it was in the boot of a car while one of these ladies took kids swimming. Avoid at all costs unless a cheap dress, badly run business, shoddy alterations and the possibility of being given the wrong dress 4 days before your wedding sounds like the perfect wedding experience for you.
